ZapInventory pulls Shopify Contacts, Products, Orders, Taxes and Payments in real-time. Shopify orders categorized as Created, Paid and Fulfilled are also pulled automatically.
ZapInventory to QuickBooks Accounting
All the Invoices created in ZapInventory and orders coming from Shopify are automatically pushed to QuickBooks. All the payment, taxes and shipping charges are also synced to QuickBooks.
Sync Purchases to QuickBooks
Create Purchase Orders and Receive goods in ZapInventory. All the Purchase order details and payment details to vendors are synced with QuickBooks.
Manage Credit Notes
Reconcile Suppliers and Customers returns as credit Note in ZapInventory. ZapInventory syncs the Credit Notes to QuickBooks automatically.
Payments
Shopify orders categorized as Paid and Unpaid/Cash on Delivery are pulled in ZapInventory and also pushed to QuickBooks. Payment statuses are later updated in QuickBooks automatically.
Taxes
Products, Shipping and other Taxes added in Shopify orders and pulled by ZapInventory are passed on to QuickBooks. Existing taxes in QuickBooks are automatically mapped to ZapInventory taxes.
